I’m sure some will find this funny..but at the same time, I don’t like it. The dog (although sort of crazy) clearly doesn’t like being messed with. Is the dog just chasing his tail or did the boy put something in his butt? I can’t tell for sure. What do you think?

It looked like he was doing or rubbing something on the dogs butt. Either way if he was my child I would find a loving home for the dog and the kid would never have a pet again cause if they do it to an animal the next step is a person or child

I agree Linda. If he did do anything to that dog, he should be banned from having pets.

boys will be boys I suppose, the kid is pretending to wind the chi up for his own warped humor, chis are too sensitive for this sort of teasing.I found this activity a upsetting.

Someone needs to report this it's not funny its abuse If this kid was mine I would beat him within an inch of his life and hang his parents from a tree after I beat them with a whip until they feel pain like this dog suffered As long as crap like this gets posted it just gives the sick heartless idiots new ideals to mistreat animals

My little girl chi does this. She was rescued from an extremely abusive situation when she was just 8 months old. I have given her nothing but love and encouragement, that being said she chases her tail, actually gnaws on her own foot, and snaps at people she was previously seeking attention from just seconds before. She sleeps with me in .I never know if she's having bad dreams, ptsd or if I've brushed against her in my sleep. Whatever the reason, I love her dearly, and I speak to her in a calm voice until she stops and settles down to go back to sleep. I'm not sure what else I should be doing to help her.

She sounds like she would be a good candidate for CBD oil. It really seems to calm them down.
