Billy the Puppy Mill Dog

I am so in love with Billy. I could not hear what the people were saying in the video and I have torn retina problems and couldn't read the captions. But I truly hope they were saying that horrible mill was shut down and the people responsible for it are being prosecuted.

AWW IM OVER HERE IN TEARS OF JOY AND IM TOUCHED BEYOND WORDS AND THANK GOD FOR THE BONDING AND TAKING THAT LIL GUY OUT OF THERE AND I HOPE MORE ARE GIVEN A SECOND CHANCES AND THEY SHOULD CAGE AND FINE AND IMPRISON THE ANIMAL PEOPLE WHO LOCK AND DONT FEED AND WATER THESE LITTLE DOGS WHO DIDNT ASK FOR THIS AND DESERVE THIS TREATMENT OF ABUSE AND AGONY AND NEGLECT ANS SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO GET A PET OF ANY KIND NOT EVEN A FISH OR TURTLE FOR HIS LIFETIME AND BE ON A LIST OF SUCH AND HAVE TO PAY A HEFTY FINE FOR A DOG SPELLED BACKWARDS HAPPEN TO BE DOG! THINK ABOUT IT ESPECIALLY IN THESE DEPLORABLE HEATING CONDITIONS I HATE THIS AND CANT STAND ABUSE OF ANY KIND AMONGST ANY ONE OR THING IN MY LIFE AND MAKE IT STOP AND PUT IT TO A END NOW!!!!
