Dale Openshaw shared this cute video of his little Annie nursing on a blanket. I had a Yorkie who did this one all of her life. I believe it was because her mom got sick when she was just a few days old and the mom’s milk went bad and we had to bottle feed the pups until they were weaned.

I have a pug mix who's 11 who still sucks on a blanket. He only likes puffy comforters, it has to be a corner and you can't help him select it, or disturb him when he's in his "zone" of sucking or he growls. He mostly does it right before sleeping at night. My exhusband used to think something was wrong with him and tried to stop him. He was the problem so I got rid of him instead! love my pug!

LOL. My yorkie liked sucking on my fingers. But she had to pick which finger and she would try them all out before picking the one she wanted. Kind of gross but funny.
I'm glad you got rid of the ex DelGal.

Your puppy may outgrow it Brandi. I have had dogs who did outgrow it but I did have the one who did it her whole life.

I have a Yorkie who is almost 13 yrs old. Got her at 6 weeks. She sucks on all her toys and has her whole life. Glad there is another little dog like her.
