I’m not sure quite how I feel about this video. the chi and the kids seem to be having fun and although these kids are too rough, the Chihuahua seems to be on her own with the kids, I can see an accident happening with her or one of those kids getting bit. How do you feel about this?

That is so sweet, the kids trying to put the chi in the baby stroller. The children were not hurting the little chi, but he was saying "heck no".

I do think they were a little rough and that was probably scaring the chi.

Well Kathy, you know what I'm going to say...someone, an "adult" is filming this rough play with the chi...and although they may think the children are having fun by laughing. The dog is trying to warn the kids they are being too rough. I am sad to think that the dog will bite when it is hurt, and then will be taken to a shelter where the worst can happen. I'm sure the adult will say it bit my child for no reason.

Yeah, unfortunately this is what often happens.

I don’t like the way these children are playing with this dog. Their spines are to delicate for this rough type of play. Especially when to boy try’s to put him back in The stroller😢

That's why they say young children shouldn't have Chihuahuas. They are just too rough on them.

This video of kids playing with chi to me is not children being taught to play with the chi but risking harm to such a small dog. Whoever is filming them has no respect for the small dog nor how to correctly teach their kids. A chi should never be raised in a family of kids too young! Most dog adoption Agencies here in Canada would not allow a Chi

Before I got my broken little Chi, I would not have even thought that this was a bad situation. BUT, now that I rescued an abused little Chi, I know differently! Bam Bam was owned by a family that had a child with ADDHD and I guess that's how he got hurt. He came to me with a bad painful hip and the vet said that from the x-ray he could see the ball in the joint had been broken. The ball had to be removed and he still walks fast or runs on 3 legs. So, I agree these very little dogs don't need to be played with like a doll! And by the way, that surgery was expensive, over $2,000.
