I honestly think this person has so much love in his heart that he gives it all to these beautiful chihuahuas and they probably return the love 10-fold everybody is quick to judge or label someone when they really don't know why somebody would want this many babies but there's a lot of people who have human babies and there's a lot of people who have fur babies please don't be quick to judge just look at the situation and realize that he's giving love and receiving love and it's unconditional love.

Unfortunately a love for animals is how hoarding starts and then it just gets out of control. I can easily see myself in that situation if I didn't keep it in check.
