yes it makes me sick to my stomach whenever someone abuse an animal these people are sick in their minds there's a special place for people like that and it's not heaven:(

Abandonment is just as punishable as neglect and abuse, in fact, worse, at least you know abusers are not wired right.

Abandoning an animal is sentencing to death. If the abandoner has a child, think of your child left abandoned to his/her misfortune, who will come to the rescue? what if nobody comes??
