Hi to all chi owners. I always wanted a dog and one year, nine months ago I finally did so. I always wanted a shitsu but instead I went to see a tea cup chi that was the one left out of a litter of five and she had a twin brother that she was very close to. When I got her she slept in my arms for six months and never left my side really since that day. Hey name is Luna and she is a sweet heart, truly ....She is a great dog and me being a first time dog owner with no experience. I go. And pick the most difficult dog that is high maintenance and needs someone with experience. I feel terrible every day for her because I can't give whag she needs as in terms of what she needs as a dog. Ya I can give her a home, food, treats, and all the toys and clothes she needs. But that Is not whag she needs, she needs a good place and a good owner that can make her happy.Unless I can find a dog whisperer to help me train her again and teach me how to be with her and whag I need to do with her to make her happy and love a long full life. Is there anyone that can help me. I'm in Toronto Canada. Thanks for stopping by.

Please look into a trainer Me Nando. Luna is bonded to you so before you give her to someone else, please try to do what you can first to make it work. Dog trainers I have talked to have told me that training is more about training the pet parent than it is about training the dog. https://www.smalldogsacademy.com/ is a good place to start to train both of you.

@SHEILA NEWMAN, they say there are no teacup chi’s. Mine weighs 4 lbs 4 oz. she was supposed to be 3 lbs. ppl guess because of the ones they have bred. The one I got her from had to quit because too many were kin to each other. They starting being born without legs and awful things like that. Gotta watch. It’s really good to see what you can get at the shelter. And prayers!

Sorry Sheila, I don't know of any. Use Google and see if their are any Chihuahua rescues near you. You can also tell your local pound and SPCA to call you if one comes in for adoption. I know the ones in our area will put you on a list and call you when the breed you are requesting comes available.
