Talk about distracted driving. That dog will be dead if the brakes are hit in a hurry. Like a child, it belongs in the backseat in a crate or attached to the seat belt with a proper harness.

The parents are antagonizing the pup. Dog is probably nervous during the car ride. Just let him/her sit in basket and mellow out.

Yeah that dog is a brat but teasing it isn't going to improve anything. Teasing never helps.

Re angry Chihuahua ...Poor darling, needs Time*** to adjust, once home let him adjust and watch you in the home, also tone of voice affects a dog. Give Him T I M E...Lots of praise goes a long way...No doubt, been thru alot....
