Does anyone know what works best for my little chi, she keeps digging at her paws making them brown and she can't stop scratching. I have tried different things but nothing seems to work.

@Cathy, My little girl licks her paws too. The vet suggest two things. 1, it could just be a bad habit wish got out of hand, if that's the case they suggest lavendar oil on paws. It worked when I could catch her to apply it. Just opening the bottle she takes off. 2, A little childrens benadryl works well, makes her a bit sleepy but it works and last several days. Hope this helps.

She probably has allergies. She needs to see a vet and they will probably prescribe antibiotics (if it's gone into an infection, steroids and maybe allergy meds).
